- User Contributions: Copyright to user-submitted content remains with the user, granting us a non-exclusive license to host and display it. Code contributions follow the project's specific license or GPLv3 by default.
5. Software Disclaimer ("As-Is")
Memora OS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for evaluating its suitability before deployment. We are not liable for data loss, especially during destructive operations such as disk partitioning, formatting, or installation.
6. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uptime for the website, documentation, mirrors, or download infrastructure. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
Claims for damages against Memora OS or its contributors are excluded unless caused intentionally, by gross negligence, or under mandatory statutory provisions. We are not liable for third-party packages or scripts referenced through the Platform.

We may update these Terms to reflect technical or legal changes. Material changes will be announced on the website, and the absence of a written objection within two weeks implies consent.
